It is no any gibberish, just the three words associated with the TEM (Threat and Error Management) process. From aviation safety perpective, Huh? is the most important, because is an identifier of a potential threat  or hazard. The second Woa is followed by an exclamation and is oftenly spoken when the first was ignored, in this case the hazard exists or has existed.
