The study – published聽in “British Journal of Sports Medicine” -聽tracked the daily health of 259 elite rugby players competing in the 2010 Super 14 Rugby Tournament. Over 16 weeks, teams from Australia, South Africa and New Zealand played in all three countries. For matches played outside home turf after international travel, illness incidence was higher.聽聽Infections accounted for most of the reported illnesses. They suggest that various stressors could be involved, including changes in pollution, temperature, allergens, humidity, altitude, as well as different food, germs, and culture. It is suggested聽 that increased illness from travel is more likely to be due to the fact that the person is out of their normal environment instead of flying.

Seg煤n informa Europa Press desde Miami , los familiares de un pasajero que viajaba en un vuelo operado por American 聽Airlines (AA) han demandado a la aerol铆nea por servir una comida en mal estado que le caus贸 la muerte y, adem谩s, por no atenderle adecuadamente cuando presentaba s铆ntomas de malestar durante el trayecto.聽El hecho tuvo lugar el pasado 28 de mayo despu茅s de que聽el聽afectado聽consumiera un plato que ‘supuestamente‘ conten铆a pollo en mal estado durante el vuelo Barcelona-Nueva York a bordo de un avi贸n de AA.
